2. Using our store

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include free shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods shown. Sale and bundle prices apply only during the period shown and while the discount is active at checkout.

5. Delivery

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Our products

The Comfort Cap is a comfort accessory. It is not a medical device, hearing protection or a substitute for veterinary advice. Always supervise your dog while wearing it, introduce it gradually, and remove it if your dog shows discomfort. The Quiet Signals is an educational guide and does not replace advice from a vet or qualified behaviourist.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and The Quiet Signals guide, belongs to RESURIX LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or distribute it without our permission. The Quiet Signals is for your personal use only.

10. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
