Shipping

Free shipping on every order.
Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Tracking: every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your parcel ships.

United Kingdom & United States: 4–9 days
Canada: 4–7 days
Australia & New Zealand: 4–8 days
Most EU countries, Switzerland & Norway: 4–12 days (some Eastern EU countries, Cyprus & Malta up to 22 days)
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia & the Philippines: 4–15 days
India: 6–14 days
UAE & Saudi Arabia: 7–14 days
South Africa: 7–13 days
Mexico, Chile & Colombia: 9–16 days
Israel: 9–27 days
Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Pakistan: 15–30 days

Customs, duties and VAT

For most countries, import taxes and duties are already included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. For Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Israel, your local customs may charge import VAT or fees on delivery. These are paid by the customer.

Returns

14 days to change your mind: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email avelopetsupport@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
Condition: items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
How it works: we'll first offer you a partial refund so you can keep the item. If you prefer, you can return it for a full refund instead. We'll send you the return address, and return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We'll send a free replacement or refund you. You don't need to send anything back.
